What should I expect in the first session?
The first session is about getting to know you and your story. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and begin to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout New York State, Connecticut (CT), and Massachusetts (MA). Virtual sessions offer flexibility while maintaining the same quality of care.
How long are therapy sessions?
The initial session is typically about 60 minutes. Ongoing individual therapy sessions usually last 45–50 minutes. Family sessions are generally 60 minutes, depending on your family's needs.
